Whoa. Guess we're down to less than bi-annual updates around here. Much going on though. the Poet will be re-released on June 24th for digital download on several download sites such as iTunes, Amazon and Napster. Thus, it is no longer available for free download here at Sigcell.com. Sorry, a band has to eat. Rehearsals are going on for prep to record the new record which will surprise and feature Sam Keenan on drums! The great Jesse Stahl has returned on bass! Set for release in the fall. Neat.

It could be that new players are involved in Sigcell. It could be that these new players will begin rehearsing soon. It could be that these rehearsals will result in live shows. It could be that these live shows will be awesome. It could be that awesome is all you need.

Had a couple
of shows over the last few months and now I think I'm ready to actually advertise
that they are happening. June 6th Sigcell will be at Uptown Bar along with
TV Crush in which I will be playing sax. That is a fun group to play in. Complete
improve. No rehearsals. Vastly different from Sigcell. I will be lucky enough
to have Jesse Stahl joining me once again on bass for Sigcell's set!
New songs are coming together nicely and old songs are finding a new existance.
The show is FREE and won't run too late for those of you with a mind to sleep.
See you there. Thank you for being here. And thanks for listening.
Peter.

Another
phase has come and gone and Sigcell has returned to a solo status. A return

Mixing of the first record is going very well and is sounding as we had hoped. Watch for a couple sample clips of unfinished tracks to be posted soon on the new album page. October is shaping up to be the month for the independent release. After a year of recording and missed deadlines this date is a very good bet. We will see you soon!
08.03.2004
Recording
is nearing completion and we will spend the next month or so mixing and doing
the final mastering. The release could come as soon as September, but in learning
from our projection inacuracies let's say October. This fall we will also be
getting back to the stage.
Hopefully we will get around to finishing this site as well. Thank you for being
here.
07.06.2004
Once again our own deadline for completing the first record has come and gone. We promise, though, it is getting very close. Check back for some sample clips on the album page in the coming weeks. No performances are currently scheduled. We will get back out towards the end of summer with the release of the album.
06.20.2004
Recording continues. Website updates on hold. Thank you for being here.
